Stone Memorial Library

Goal: $2,500.00

Specific Need

We are working hard to brighten our community by improving the empty lot next to the library, which is located right downtown in Conneautville. Thanks to a grant from the Crawford Heritage Community Foundation, we will be installing a new timber-frame pavilion in place of our old steel carport. The grant covers the cost of the pavilion, but we would like to add to the appeal of the area with some new landscaping and a much-needed exterior library sign.

Mission

It is our mission to be a bright spot for everyone in our community! We seek to provide a clean, colorful, welcoming atmosphere for learning, recreation, and fostering community relationships. We are in the heart of Conneautville. We hope to BE the heart of Conneautville!

Profile

The James A. Stone Memorial Library has been serving the community of Conneautville since 1904. We continue to provide our community with free access to a variety of media, including books, audiobooks, DVDs, and magazines. We also provide free internet access and computer use inside our library building as well as free WiFi service which can be accessed both inside & outside of our building. We also offer a variety of social and educational programming for people of all ages. Our library is often referred to by patrons as a "community treasure", and we are proud to continue to be treasured through the dedicated and continued support of our community.

Monday-Thursday - 10am-6pm; Friday - 9am-3pm; Saturday - 9am-4pm.
