Imagine being unable to join your family and friends on the beach, a nature trail, or at a community event simply because the terrain is inaccessible. For many individuals who use wheelchairs, this is an everyday reality.

Our organization is raising funds to purchase a Wheelchair Trax System, an innovative mobility solution that allows wheelchair users to travel more easily over sand, snow, gravel, grass, and other challenging surfaces. This equipment opens the door to greater independence, inclusion, and participation in outdoor activities that many people take for granted.

UCIP is a caring and supportive agency dedicated to people with developmental disabilities. We strive to provide supports for an everyday life and people’s dreams beyond the horizon. UCIP was the first organization of its kind to open a community home for people with developmental disabilities in Pennsylvania. Founded in 1966 by a group of concerned parents to serve four children, today UCIP is an inclusive agency embracing and serving hundreds of people.
