Specific Need

Our specific need is additional support for our improving our community through local restoration projects as well as maintanence of our past projects such as our in-town playground and brand new LED advertisement sign.

Our mission at Spartansburg Events is to promote, support, and bring together the community through family-friendly events.

Profile

Spartansburg Events was founded in 2022 by Amanda Slaney and Benjamin Byler, owner's of Ashley's Pub BBQ & Catering, in order to bring families together by hosting events and building a sense of community within Spartansburg. We completed our first goal with "Welcome to Spartansburg" signs at both ends of town through local events and donations, and have since installed a new playground in town as well as an LED advertisement sign in partnership with the Spartansburg Volunteer Fire Department. It is our goal to continue bringing life and activities for families to enjoy while visiting our small town.
