Specific Need

The MARF is currently fundraising to grow our general fund for projects at the MARC such as the Rink foyer renovation, boilers, and lift station. 

Mission

As we move forward, we continue to expand the possibilities here at the MARC so that we remain a state of the art public recreation facility unlike any other in the Northwest PA. We strive to remain relevant and essential to the lives of children, adults, and seniors so that our opportunities are enjoyed truly by the entire community no matter their age, income level, ability, race, gender, and interest. 

The Meadville Area Recreation Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization in support of the Meadville Area Recreation Complex. The MARF supports capital improvement projects in order to continue to grow our facilities to provide our neighbors with a recreation facility that offers something for everyone to enjoy. Our most recent projects have been a locker room renovations, ADA upgrades, a new multipurpose conference/party room, and a new ice resurfacer and new ice chillers. Donations to the MARF are tax deductible and directly benefit the families of Crawford County.
