However, the cost of the Scout Handbook can be a barrier for some families, particularly those facing financial challenges. By providing a free handbook to every new Scout, we can ensure that every child, regardless of their economic situation, has an equal opportunity to fully participate in and benefit from the Scouting program.

Scouting inspires youth to explore their futures and opens a new and exciting world around them. Scouting puts youth on the path to a successful career by introducing them to purpose packed adventures.
