Specific Need
As a non-profit that is community oriented, with no fence and no gate (we are located within the Borough of Cochranton), we rely on the generosity of donors and sponsors. We appreciate any monies donated towards our general operating expenses, building projects, nightly entertainment during fair week, and even sponsorship of the many individual contests held during the fair itself. In 2026, we are planning towards our new/future homeshow building, stage repairs, upgrading electric service, and preparing for the fair's 100th anniversary in 2028.Mission
The Cochranton Community Fair is dedicated to providing a positive, enjoyable, and welcoming annual experience that celebrates agriculture, local talent, and cultural heritage. Rooted in traditional values with a strong emphasis on youth, family, and education, the fair brings together Cochranton and surrounding communities to showcase skills in agriculture, horticulture, crafts, household arts, and local enterprise. Through inclusive, fun-filled activities, support of local farmers, makers, small businesses, and charitable initiatives, and continued improvement of our fairgrounds, the Cochranton Community Fair fosters unity, pride, creativity, and lasting connections that strengthen our rural community.

We are proud of our 'little' fair nestled in at the edge of town along French Creek!
We are proud to say that our fair is one of the few 'free admission' fairs left in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania!
That's right -- no charge to attend our fair!!
Built on the backbone of our farmers, townsfolk, and various organizations our fair strives to provide the best in family fun during the summer: games, animals, a parade, bands, home show exhibits, rides for the kids, and (of course) fair food! Bring your family and catch up with old friends and even make some new friends!
