Specific Need

In 2025, Crawford County nonprofits were awarded more than $46,000 in grants. These grants turned generosity into action, supporting programs that uplift families, improve community spaces, and bring people together. 

Mission

The Crawford Heritage Community Foundation connects people and organizations to meaningful charitable opportunities, helping donors make an impact in their communities, near and far. We partner with individuals, families, and businesses to steward funds that support nonprofit organizations, scholarships, and community initiatives that matter most to our donors.

Profile

The Community Impact Fund is a permanent endowment, designed to ensure that generosity keeps flowing for generations to come. Every year, a committee of local residents award grants from the fund to the nonprofits that keep Crawford County thriving, supporting everything from youth programs and healthcare to community spaces and the arts.

We permanently invest all donations made to the Community Impact Fund. Each and every year, forever, a percentage is given out as grants to respond to the community’s changing needs. We will grant out much more than your original gift amount in grants over the course of time.
